When ordering PDF / Print-at-home Gift Vouchers:

The unique verification code for your voucher order will need to be generated and combined into the printable PDF.

This is not an automated process, but rather done by humans on our end, so you will therefore not receive your PDF immediately.

We will however email it to you within 2 days (usually within 24 hours) of your completed payment.

 

When ordering printed Gift Voucher Cards:

Remember, we can send your voucher directly to the recipient and include a note from you too!

Just add a message when paying for your order or email us from the contact form.

 

If we don't hear otherwise, your order will be mailed to your address, for you to present in person.
